It can be individual sessions or bespoke tailored training plans in 8 week blocks. What ever suits your needs and available time. Your training plan should fit around your life style, not your life style around your plan.

£49 - 2.5 hour 1-1 run fitness assessment with feedback. Video feedback using GoPro 7. Set of exercises to work on to improve required elements.

£89 - 2 hour 1-1 run fitness assessment with 8 week training plan building to an event. Video feedback using GoPro 7. Ideal for 5k, 10k or half marathon.

£129 - Initial 2 hour 1-1 run fitness assessment with 16 week training plan building to an event. Video feedback using GoPro 7. Includes an 8 week 2nd re-assessment run fitness test for the 2nd 8 weeks. Ideal for half marathon or marathon.

£29 - Single 1 hour run coaching session looking at running style and form. Video feedback using GoPro 7. Includes specific exercises to continue to improve.

£149 - 6x 1 hour run coaching sessions looking at running style and form. Video feedback using GoPro 7. Includes specific exercises to continue to improve.
