Online coaching. Ongoing long term support and advice. Weekly reviews and available for queries as needed. Permanent training plan aligned to planned events. Use of online fitness tracking software to monitor your progression and ensure you are not over training. Prevent injury and fatigue. £89 per month minimum 6 months.
£30 - 1 hour run MOT discussion and visual run assessment with verbal feedback.
£89 - 2.5 hour 1-1 run fitness assessment with feedback. Report containing set of exercises to work on to improve required elements.
£129 - 2 hour 1-1 run fitness assessment with 8 week training plan building to an event. Ideal for 5k, 10k. NOTE - Not for marathon training. This session should lead into longer term support.
£179 - Initial 2 hour 1-1 run fitness assessment with 16 week training plan building to an event. Includes an 8 week 2nd re-assessment run fitness test for the 2nd 8 weeks. Ideal for half marathon or marathon.
£219 - 6x 1 hour run coaching sessions looking at running style and form. Includes report and ongoing specific exercises to continue to improve.
1-1 or 1-group personal Run coaching, Preparing for a big running event and want to do your best? Or just want to improve your running? Would you like a PB at a particular distance or parkrun? Bespoke individual coaching. Running style and form, stamina, flexibility, balance. How to prevent injury and get fitness through running and associated sports. Ideally working over the long term.
